The device stopped working after one use.

works for a few days then fails to stay connected to wifi. once the wifi fails, then bluetooth starts failing. if you delete the devices, you can't add them back because wifi continues to fail. what is puzzling is if the mobile app recognizes the hub's MAC then the timer's MAC, why can it NOT pair them? when this happens, the hub's device status icon is RED, even just after being successfully added??

This is a replacement (under warranty) for the same model that was leaking at the joint where the faucet connects to the timer. The new one ALSO leaked as soon as any hoses were attached. I had to run a short dedicated hose from the faucet to the timer which was placed on a box rather than attached directly. Nothing in the directions/installation about the need to do this (had to search on the internet) and I'm concerned that the timer will start leaking again. So far (one day only of testing with one hose) it's okay. I was very pleased with the replacement, although it took a while (10 days?) to get it. This time I got the bluetooth controller because adjusting at the timer was cumbersome. That has not been tested yet. I'll update depending on how things go!

This is a great timer that helps me keep my lawn in shape. I’m using all four outlets: one connects to a sprinkling hose for a landscaped area with various plants, two go to standard sprinklers, and the fourth runs a soaking hose around the foundation to help prevent damage by keeping the soil moist.

Each zone is programmed to run sequentially so only one operates at a time—avoiding pressure drops. The ON times are individually adjustable. In summer, I have them set to start daily at 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, and 6:45 PM. Each runs for 15 minutes, except the soaker hose, which stays on for 20.

If rain is in the forecast, I can easily skip a day or turn the system off entirely. Re-enabling it takes just a few seconds. It runs reliably and saves me time—I no longer have to manually manage four separate connections.

I haven’t quite figured out the Bluetooth setup yet. I’d prefer Wi-Fi control, but that requires an extra module I don’t currently have.

A little struggle to connect the new devise and my old devise together in the same hub, but at the end worked fine. I can tell I have my old Smart Hose Timer for 2 years and has been working perfectly. Glad to know I can pair this one to the WiFi hub too.

This was a warranty replacement for a timer bought locally earlier this year. After chatting online with technical support, they warranted the original timer. After a few days I received the timer and installed it and it works fine. I have it hooked up to a hose that periodically supplies water for my pool. Great service through Orbit.

Originally i purchased this nice timer one year back. These season one of outlet got bad and constantly flowing water without shut. So i contacted Orbit Customer support and they sent new one as part of warranty replacement. I am so happy about customer service. I will buy more Orbit products as nerdy home gardener.

Works very well, easy to program, fairly easy to connect to Bluetooth (changed to WIFI). somewhat difficult to connect to Wi FI Orbit Hub but once one figures the connection sequence it works very well. Now I can change my settings anywhere I get a WIFI signal.

Great hose timer. Connects flawlessly to WiFi. Works perfectly. Takes all the worries about watering away. Perfect when we’re on vacation!

So far been pretty good, definitely disconnect and get it inside during winter

Good Scheduling, still do not understand how to set Rain Delays.

I love how this automatic sprinkler saves me time and worry. With its adjustable length of water time, ability to set the days between watering, and the automatic rain delay, I have everything I need to keep my lawn alive during this extremely hot summer (dozens of 100+ degree days).

The B-hyve is a great time saver. Its very easy after its set up and programmed.

Was very easy to set up and program my very 1st 2-Valve Timer, and it worked perfectly.

Purchased 2nd 1-Valve Timer and it connected without issue.

Again, purchased 3rd 1-Valve Timer, but this time had an issue with connecting to my 2nd generation B-hyve Hub. Contacted Support. They were extremely helpful and spent the time to work me through the issue. Cannot ask for more.

Now all 3 are up and running with no issues. They go above and beyond what is advertised. Extremely satisfied with the produsts and Tech Support.

Very versatile and easy to program with my phone. Manual operation up to all four zones from the timer itself or my phone's well.

They work great. I have 6 of them

Leaks. Difficult to operate. Doesnt connect to the app. its just all around terrible. and once you figure this out you cant return because its used. get something different.
