At the Orbit Store, we know time is of the essence for many irrigation projects. For that reason, we strive to get orders processed and shipped to you in an efficient and timely manner.

  • When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

Shipping Cutoff

Most orders placed before 12 PM (Mountain Time), Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are prepared and shipped within 3 - 5 business days via the selected shipping method. During peak season (April - July), major sale days, and holidays our shipping window may be slightly extended due to elevated order volumes. Please contact our knowledgeable Customer Support team if your order is delayed and you need additional information.


Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be made available to you once the order has shipped. You should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number shortly after the item has shipped. If you do not receive the tracking information, make sure to check any spam folders/filters in your email client. You can also log into your account at to check the status of an order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on most orders. This does not include expedited shipping methods unless otherwise noted. Some larger items may be excluded, including:

  • Certain longer lengths of pipe/tubing
  • Large items, such as valve boxes
  • Heavy items such as pumps or brass back-flow prevention

When free shipping is selected, it is at our (Orbit’s) discretion to choose the method of shipping. Any products that are not eligible for free shipping should be indicated on their respective product pages and during checkout. We maintain the right to modify these restrictions at any time.

Orders Above $500

Our fulfillment team works diligently to ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Orders above $500.00 containing mostly underground component parts (i.e. elbows, couplings, valves, etc.) require additional attention. In most cases, these orders are processed under the standard fulfillment window but our team may require additional time to ensure the utmost accuracy. 

These orders may be subject to a 20% restocking (service) fee and return freight charges. We reserve the right to verify the condition of all returned products before determining refund eligibility.  

Shipping Options & Restrictions

We offer the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Standard Ground (signature required for large orders)
  • Ground Freight (for larger orders over 150 lbs.)
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipping Changes

Orbit reserves the right to change shipping and delivery methods if deemed necessary. We make no guarantee of delivery within a specific time frame, even if a specific service is selected. For larger orders, a delivery service other than those listed may be required.
