We ship to physical addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship outside the U.S., to P.O. boxes, or to military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

This site is the authoritative source for our product information. Approved wholesale customers may use the product images, descriptions, and specifications found here to market and sell genuine Orbit products. Content may not be altered in a way that misrepresents a product, used to promote other brands, or transferred to third parties. Orbit and Gardena retain all rights to trademarks, images, and content. Product information may change without notice, so please check this site for current details.
Pricing
Prices displayed on this site reflect the current MSRP.
Taxes
We collect and remit sales tax as required by applicable law. To place a tax-exempt order, a valid tax exemption or resale certificate for the state you're shipping to must be on file with us before the order is placed. Orders placed without a certificate on file will be charged applicable sales tax. Certificates must be current, legible, and match the business name on your wholesale account. It is your responsibility to keep your certificates up to date, and we may request updated documentation at any time.
Order acceptance.
Submitting an application or order does not guarantee approval or acceptance. Either party may stop placing or accepting orders at any time. Orders already accepted will be fulfilled under the terms in effect when they were accepted.
Case pack ordering
Orders placed in full case packs ship from our main warehouse and are generally processed faster. Orders for quantities below a full case pack (broken case) are fulfilled with inventory transferred from other locations, so they typically take longer to process. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Interim terms.
By submitting a wholesale account application, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your business, and they apply to all orders you place through this site. We may update these terms by posting changes here, and continuing to place orders after an update means you accept the updated terms. Any future reseller terms we publish will replace these terms.
