Poorly executed dial face marking and calibration

I am no stranger to psi water gauges and unfortunately this one is most difficult to read at a glance due to numeric indications are spread to every 20 pound increments and in between you have to count hatch marks that are spread at 4 psi increments. Five hatch mark intervals between every 20 pound interval that is actually numerically indicated.
