Received the wrong item.

I was supposed to receive a replacement for a quick connect that was still under warranty but stopped working. I was supposed to receive the quick connect with the auto shut off, but they sent me the regular one instead.

The connector does not stop the water flow when disconnected

The connector does not stop the water flow when disconnected. The website product info clearly states that automatic shut is a feature. The replacement parrs are the same.

Broke quickly after mild usage. The o-ring split making mating any quickattach nozzles impossible. Warranty processes is bizarre, having to purchase the item with a warranty code.
