How can I find my product number?

It’s always helpful to go ahead and use our Product Number LookUp and confirm you’ve got the right number. Orbit Product Numbers are usually five digits (21004), sometimes appended by a letter, like 62061Z

What do I need to do to ensure that my replacement product arrives?

We verify that your address is a shippable location in the United States or Canada.

We take your street address and your zip code and verify that that is a shippable location in the US or Canada. If you receive an error, it’s usually because you went ahead and entered more information than we need. We only need street address, then zip code, and then we’ll return the City, State and Country.

Currently, we can only process requests from customers with addresses in the US or Canada.

Who do I contact if I live outside of the United States and Canada?

What happens next?

Sit back and relax! If you received a confirmation at the end of your chat, your order is processing and you’ll receive confirmation and shipping notifications until your package arrives (if you gave us an e-mail address, that is). If we couldn’t complete your request, an Orbit Customer Care agent will reach out to you shortly to complete the process.
