Everything fits and is working like it should
It's still missing the battery box. That's the piece that was missing from the original unit you were supposed to supply.

The enforcer protects my plants from deer.
I initially ordered 2 "Enforcers" and gave away one as a gift. The enforcer I kept for myself did not work, even after multiple attempts at troubleshooting, changing batteries, etc.
When I did finally contact Orbit customer service, I was sent a replacement "Watering kit valve" (order #248523).
The replacement valve did not fix the issue , and I was then sent a replacement Enforcer motion sensor (order #250770).
I left the replacement water valve in place and replaced the motion sensor which finally fixed the issue after weeks of not being able to use the Enforcer for my needs.
I do not know whether the enforcer that I gave as a gift ever worked.
Now that the unit has been working in my garden for a week, I am ultimately pleased with its performance.

the Sprinkler won’t shut off. We’re familiar with how they work, we’ve purchased at least 12 of the 62100 on Amazon, multiple from you directly. We have 4 of the tripods. We put the new sensor on, a new valve & new batteries & it won’t shut off
Thank you for letting us know about your Enforcer Sprinklers not shutting off. These sprinklers have an Intelligent Sensing mode which adjusts activation frequency and may affect how the devices operate. To disable Intelligent Sensing mode, turn the dial to the 'Off' position then press and hold the 30-minute Water Cycle button for 20 seconds (the sprinkler will activate briefly to confirm the change). Please also ensure that the sensor isn't being pointed at moving objects/detecting movement from trees, water, or windy areas.
