Description
The shrub head spray combines with various lengths of PVC risers to create a way to spray water over trees, shrubs, perennials, or annuals. It is an integration of a shrub adapter with an adjustable pattern spray nozzle and filter. The inlet of the shrub adapter is 1/2-in. female pipe thread (FPT). Typical installation is to mount it on top of a 1/2-in. male pipe thread (MPT) PVC riser or 1/2-in. MPT adjustable shrub riser. You will typically install the riser in a 1/2-in. PVC Tee or Elbow underground. The adjustable pattern nozzle permits arc adjustment from 0 to 360 degrees and radius adjustment down to 50% of the rated distance and are replaceable with all Orbit, Hydro-Rain female-thread nozzles, as well as nozzles from other major manufacturers. For outdoor irrigation use with cold water only.
