Product Description:

The Orbit Aeroflex Hose is our lightest and most compact hose. When pressurized it can double in length in just seconds. This unique design will shrink when the water pressure is turned off and the hose will shrink to a compact easy to store size. Kinking and tangles simply are no longer a battle. The Poly couplings will never rust, corrode, or seize. Unique and patented repairable couplings can help to extend the life of this hose.

no one appears to read or want feedback

I initially had great customer service. very timely and informative responses. I am rating a 1 because I have already given my feedback. twice prior to this. after my first email expressing my dissatisfaction, I immediately received an email thanking me for my feedback and hoping that I was thoroughly enjoying my replacement hoses. so either that rep did not understand my feedback email or he did not even read it. I responded again to say that and to reiterate my dissatisfaction and my suggestion that Orbit could use a review of their replacement procedures. I did not hear back after that. so who knows if anyone has read my feedback or if anything is done with feedback received.

Poor quality hose

Poor quality hose. Doesn’t last even a month

It made a loud popping sound when I first filled it

It made a loud popping sound when I first filled it... So I'm not sure if it's already broken but it seems to be working fine. I am concerned though, because it made the same sound that the previous hose did when it burst internally (and ironically I bought this hose to replace). I do love Orbit's warranty though, so I'll continue to be a brand loyal customer if for no other reason than they have great customer service.
