While the formfactor is great, the new diaphragm is not

While the formfactor is great, the softer rubber used on the new diaphragm is more sensitive to grit/debris in the water causing the valve to stay open. I know have to use a sediment filter on my yard sprinkler circuits where as I did not have to with the older in-line valves. So you took a step backwards on this one.

I ordered diaphragm 57225 and a different diaphragm was sent

I ordered diaphragm 57225 and a different diaphragm was sent. It didn't fit properly so I ended up buying a whole new Orbit valve. The new valve works great, but I'm disappointed that what I ordered online wasn't sent. I'd like my money back for that order.

The new diaphragm appeared to be better than the original and reduced the system leakage but

The new diaphragm appeared to be better than the original and reduced the system leakage but didn't stop it so I replaced the valve yesterday and solved the problem. The Orbit valve was only one season old
