Garden hose timer

The orbit staff was very quick to solve a problem I had with the single daily hose faucet timer. On this alone, I recommend orbit for all of your needs. I've used orbit sprinklers for years...this is the first problem I've ever had. Great customer service!

great little timer, website not so great

I appreciate the simplicity of this timer and that Orbit honored the warranty--However, the purchase experience was difficult, trying to correct the error was even more difficult and ultimately communication was restored. Worst online shopping experience in a long time, but a great little timer.
