Our first 6 station unit purchased through our long term sprinkler professional would not work. We were sent this 4 station in error (one of your folks walked me through the ordering process). The 2nd replacement 6 station unit also malfunctioned so we then bought a different Orbit model #27896. I would appreciate a return of the money spent on the initial purchase of the 6 station Dial, also consider reimbursement for what was spent on the two extra installations by our sprinkler professional. This amount does not have to be exact, as you may imagine I am weary of this issue (my time pulling hose and sprinkler around trying to keep the lawn healthy). Manual mode doesn't work. Valve doesn't actuate though timer counts down.
Scheduled watering works. Valve operates as expected.

If the device is plugged into an outlet, please try power-cycling the timer and resetting it as a last step. To reset the timer, insert something into the Reset button/hole that is beside the Program button and hold it for 10 seconds before releasing to re-program the device. I called up orbit because the display on my unit was not working. He asks if I was still under warranty and I said yes so he sent me another unit. Praise God my sprinkler system now works. I thought it wasn’t working because of a contractor error and I’ve been manually watering a slope which is getting more and more challenging. So. So I am very happy that I don’t have to climb the slope anymore. Thank you for the replacement.
