I called up orbit because the display on my unit was not working. He asks if I was still under warranty and I said yes so he sent me another unit. Praise God my sprinkler system now works. I thought it wasn’t working because of a contractor error and I’ve been manually watering a slope which is getting more and more challenging. So. So I am very happy that I don’t have to climb the slope anymore. Thank you for the replacement.

Service was great, but the LED screen has problems. Your company was nice enough to replace the one I bought at Home Depot, but the one you sent me has the same problem. I have the same type unit (I bought two years ago) on a different system and the LED display is fine.
I got a replacement under warranty. Orbit sent me a gift card and I got this one a few days ago. It's working fine so far.

Thanks for sharing how manually watering a specific part of your lawn using our Easy Dial timer isn't intuitive. To select a specific station for watering, press the Manual button and then continue pressing the arrow keys until the desired station number appears. Press the +/– buttons to enter the desired duration, then wait 5 seconds and your station will begin; press the Clear button to stop manual watering.
