I got these to replace some older ones which wouldn’t program correctly. These are easy to program and have worked perfectly so far

This is the best, simplest battery-operated timer!I have used them for years and they are reliable and long-lasting. Simply replace the batteries every year. Best of all they you can get models with anywhere from 1-4 stations.
Unfortunately I tried a new model (26622) which was harder to program and was completely unreliable. Every time I went to check on its operation the display would have reverted to “Off” even though I had left it on to run the programmed schedule. Stick with this older style and avoid the other model with no dial.

The hose faucet timer that I received. It’s not functioning the way it’s supposed to this has two stations. The reason why I replace the old one that I had for a year station one will not turn on only station two comes on. I am very disappointed that the hose Faucet timer that I received does the same thing.

I purchased the dual hose timer and it only worked on one zone. Amazon had them reach out to me. We did a FaceTime view of product. They sent me a replacement immediately! It works great!

This one does not come on for zone 2. I had just gotten the first one and the replacement is just as bad. What a waste. I can't return it because everything else is under ground.I have to go outside and run it straight to the faucet

I had a ‘hiccup’ with my 2024 Orbit Two Outlets Hose Faucet Timer. Called their service department and conversed with the nicest and informed gentleman. He spoke clear English, too! After many attempts to ‘reboot’. As promised, a new 2025 version upgrade arrived. I held back my review until knowing provided equipment was as represented. It is! Good product; supported by good service! Solidifies all gardening needs going forward will be Orbit

I have been using only Orbits digital times for the last 17 years now. I have 7 of them in my yard. They are the only timers I chose to use because they stand behind their product and dont leave you out in the cold all wet if they go wrong.

Years of trying to set watering schedule times on earlier Orbit 2 station timers was confusing, difficult, and frustrating. Even some calls to support representatives, also had them having difficulty setting the area and station schedules. It was so bad, I just shelved my 3 Orbit timers and purchased timers from manufactures. This last episode proved so difficult that the service rep. sent me a replacement. Not knowing that the newer model replaced my previous model, I was anxious to setup the programming schedule to see how it would respond. Surprisingly, the new model was much easier to program and set the watering schedules. This simple scheduling procedure was long overdue and should have been available a long time ago. Instead of purchasing my timers from other manufacturers, because of the big change in simple programming this new model has, I plan on going back to Orbit for my watering timers once again.

The model I was sent was supposed to be a warranty replacement for the discontinued model that I had, which was leaking. My old model offered three customizable watering schedule: A, B and C. I still have the same twice-a-day watering needs so I was looking for a warranty replacement that would accommodate that, and my new model does not, allowing for only one setting daily.

Very easy to program. Wish my 24713 timers were as easy.
