Warranty replacement process

The replacement process through the warranty was very smooth. The sprayer they replaced it with was a newer model and is working fine so far.

This new handle meets all my expectations. and orbits customer service was spectacular.

May be large for small hands.

Be advised that other than the color, this is the exact same nozzle as the FATMAX BDS7496. It is a large nozzle and may be a bit unwieldy for smaller hands. Also, the small ring that flips down to keep the nozzle on is loose and keeps the nozzle on when you want it to be off. Other than these items, the nozzle is well made and works smoothly.
