Wifi range won't control timer from 35 feet.

Thank you for letting us know about your Smart Hose Timer not connecting via wifi. On it's own this timer can connect via bluetooth, but for wifi the Gen 2 Hub will be needed. Once the Gen 2 Hub is connected to the B-hyve app, connect the hose timer next as a new device. Place the timer into pairing mode by turning the dial to 'Off' and pushing it in for about 10 seconds, then adding it to the app. For further help, our Customer Care team can be reached by phone at (800)488-6156 or online at support.orbitonline.com. Honestly, your customer service has been great. I’ve been very direct and forthcoming with regards to some of the disappointments I’ve been having with your equipment. Not quite sure what it is, but it’s covered underneath my well head so it’s not exposed to the weather but yet it just continues to break almost on a yearly basis. Again, I do greatly appreciate your Customer Service service and your supportive products.

It’s working fine now

It’s working fine now. I haven’t had it long ( couple of weeks) and am just using it manually. Will dive into the programming soon. It is a replacement for an older (not smart) version due to a failed shut off valve. The replacement procedure for the original one was very easy.
