I purchased several 4 port water timers and I had 3 go bad. The first warranty claim went without problems but when I tried to warranty the other 2 that went bad they wouldn't honor it without a receipt. I mean I get it but who the heck saves receipts for month thinking the product will go bad. I provided pictures to show they were different timers, showing their, I guess I'd number on each one showing a different number. I was told they would only warranty with a receipt. Needless to say I'm switching brands of water timers to Rain Bird.
