I purchased 18 of the sensors. So far 13 have failed and had to be replaced. The first 10 were replaced without too much grief as they failed almost out of the box. The last 3 that failed I had to threaten to report them to the attorney generals office as they tried to claim they were not under warranty. When they work they work but they have a horrible problem with them eating batteries. If you replace the CR2032 battery a few days later they are depleted again. When the tried to deny the warranty I asked to return the whole system, but they refused. If another one fails I will contact American Express.

Dead Battery

Dead Battery given in supposedly new device. The battery died in 2 days

I purchased a pair of the sensors, but I have yet to
to get them operating. They appear to be high quality devices. After my initial effort trying to get the first one operating, I haven’t had the time to devote to the troubleshooting necessary to be successful. I think my problem is in my system not the sensors. I’ll get back to it in the next week or two and will get them working as intended.
