A broken part

I just spoke with someone from the support team however he was Extremely rude and not helpful. So I have a portion of the system that is not working. And I called customer service/ support to get help but I did not receive it. Please review the call. He seemed very comfortable with speaking in an unprofessional manner.

Good system. I tried to connect 2 sets (6 heads) but it didn’t work since the water pressure dropped and diameter of spray significantly decreased. One set works well.

The next best thing to underground sprinklers! I’ve got two sets and waiting for them to stick more so that I can get a third. It would be nice if the sprinkler heads were sold separately though.

Works well and well constructed. I had hoped for a larger diameter spray pattern as the best I’m getting is 10-12’ diameter from each head. Other than that though, they work well and water quickly.
