Orbit Transformer

The product arrived with the plastic packaging completely destroyed. The product was exposed and there were shards of plastic everywhere. The product looks undamaged and seems to be working well so far. I don’t know if this was on FedEx or Orbit.

The transformer is fine

The transformer is fine. However the controller that I bought in February 2023 has died. I thought it might have been the transformer even though the old one read 24 volts on my multimeter. This is the device info: MAC Address: 44:67:55:B1:16:9E

Not sure if it was me - but it’s the wrong transformer. I have an older style of orbit and I needed the one that I wire into the unit. Since then - I ordered a whole new unit.
