Hard to elsewhere.

It fits the system but just today it started coming loose at the blue end and squirting water everywhere. I’m annoyed, it’s a brand new part and it’s not tightly affixed to itself. I’m starting to think I should have gone with a different brand.

This was incredibly easy to work with. Zero complaints.

Ordered a replacement part and they shipped the wrong Orbit product. I then called their parts department and they hung up over 5 times. I then called their customer service department and they picked up and Cruz who claimed to be the supervisor said he would handle it. 2 weeks later no part has been shipped and they have not issued a refund. This company is thieves/criminals. I have emailed their CEO without response, clearly he is disconnected from his companies criminal day to day operations.

This flexible piping made adding additional sprinkler zones a breeze. Very easy to handle, it reduces the required number of fittings and routing around obstacles is a breeze.
Something to note... it lengthens in the hot sun. A 100' length shrank about 5"-6" when cold water was run through it after sitting in the sun before being buried. This cause some added stress on a few fittings. I was able to alleviate the tension on the fittings by digging the inside corners of the trenches with a bit sharper curve. Had I realized ahead of time, I'd have accommodated the issue by cutting the flex piping a little longer between fittings. At least 1" added every 20'.

You'll sell a lot more of these if you put them on store shelves with all the other irrigation parts. It could also save people from the frustration and aggravation of buying parts that don't work.

The quality of the accessories is excellent; my irrigation system is the envy of all the neighbors because there are no dead spots.

I love the Blu-Lock fittings. I just wish they were more readily available at local stores. I would highly recommend these for anyone installing irrigation lines.

I would request availability of 1 1/2" reducers as many people use irrigation pumps that discharge 1 1/2". That would make installation of complete systems possible using only Blu-Lock fittings.

I just wish I can go to Lowe’s and buy it otherwise it works great

Took a while to figure out how to attach the new item to the existing PVC pipe. But all is well now and the irrigation system is once again working. Thank--John

Good product but I would love to have it in metal. Since it stays exposed to sun, plastic looses it's strength and become brittle.
