We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days (placed before 12 PM MT, Mon–Fri). A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships, and you can also check order status in your account. Returns & warranty
Products purchased through Orbitonline.com are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of the original order placement. We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Accepted returned products must be new and unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to verify the condition of all returned products before determining refund or exchange eligibility. Orders above $500.00 may be subject to return freight charges and a restocking fee.
