The problem that caused me to call about the 2 valves persisted. As a result, I measured the pressure of the water into the manifold and coming out into the valves. The pressure into the manifold was 40psi and the pressure coming out of the manifold was 10psi. That's the reason the sprinklers are not popping up. You sent me a replacement manifold 2 days ago and I'll install it as soon as I received it. I'll return the existing manifold to you if you like. I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL YOUR COOPERATION IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM! If I can act as a reference supporting Orbit, I'd like to.

Once I found out how to hang the timer on one valve, it as easy to set up.

We have eight of the yard enforcers, over the years this is the third valve I've needed to replace - it's very easy and the part fixes the problem. I love this unit, it keeps the deer from my flower beds and even in Tractor Supply last week I was talking to someone buying chicks and how a neighbor now uses one to protect their coop by pointing it outward. Our groundhogs know how to get under our deck by taking a crazy path around them so they do work. As they get older you can't manhandle them when setting them up. When I replaced this part, I did something that now makes another area leak water so I think I need a new unit. I'll keep this part as a backup for the next time! LOL

Your customer service is the worst. I tried to get a sensor replacement but your customer service agent was adamant that it was the valve that needed to be replaced. I told him that the valve was ok and it was the sensor I needed. He sent me the valve. Lo and behold the reason why is because you don't have any sensors! He could have just told me that but he had to be deceptive about it. So much for your warranty. What warranty?
