I ordered replacemen Arms and Tee for our Orbit tractor sprinkler after the husband dropped the Sprinkler and damaged the Arms. It arrived quickly and now our little Orbit Tractor sprinkler is back in action! Good service and happy with my purchase.

When my tractor sprinkler arrived it was missing a crucial part. The black tee piece that holds the sprinkler arms. I reached out to orbit and they wanted me to get the piece from the retailer I bought it from online. Well Atwood’s doesn’t stock orbit parts. They sell the sprinkler. So finally they said they would get me a warranty code and I could order the part from their website. The part was not in stock. I keep going back and checking for two weeks. Still not in stock. Not going to do business with orbit in the future.
