Sent an incorrect warranty part. I needed 2 larger green top. Set me a small one doesn't fit

They gave me the wrong part It was supposed to be under warranty so I needed the 2 larger green top. Please help and call me.

Definitely the best Valve Box out there. It is quality in every aspect. Made in the USA makes it so. I'm glad I chose this box and it works seamlessly with the Valve Box Base.

SECOND COMLLAINT! NOT GOOD! ORDER INCOMPLETE! Top was not included with the package

SECOND COMLLAINT! NOT GOOD! ORDER INCOMPLETE! Top was not included with the package. Picture on your web shows the base complete with the top. I e'ed and asked your representative if the top was included. Your representative said "Yes it was" included so I ordered it. The base came but without the top. I wanted several days thinking it might be in a different box. Not So! Paid top price. Please send the top at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
