warranty replacement, heads are plastic, originals had Tass bead brass

These were a warranty and are a little smaller in diameter than the originals and the spray heads are plastic again, not brass like the originals, hope they last, thisis why I have a 4star rating

Orbit sprinklers are the only kind I've ever purchased because they are durable and the prices are very reasonable.

I have used these always.

So far I’ve installed 5 of these sprinklers. I really like how easy it is to adjust the range and coverage.
However the sprinkler cannot be repaired. There is a hex appearing plastic bolt sealing the spring but it’s glued or otherwise sealed/welded. It does NOT unscrew as it should. So if one developed a filter clog or some other unforeseen problem within this apparatus it’s not accessible. You’ll just have to order another one unless it’s still under warranty.
And even though each one of these sprinklers are level when it is turned off it does not return to its ground level position. One has to “gently” tap the top to get it to go down. If one isn’t careful it could snap or break.
