Feels good in the hand

Feels good in the hand. You have to rotate the front of the nozzle to adjust the type of spray.

The thumb control is a bit stiff but other than that it’s a good hose nozzle

Very Disappointed

Hardly what I would call adjustable. It only adjusts to all out stream or a very weak spray that cannot be directed into a smaller space. Very Disappointed.

Two Hand Operation Required

Poor spray adjustment to transition from stream to spray and very difficult to use the thumb valve. You'll always need to hands to use.

I’ve had many different type nozzles over the decades and this is the best one yet

I’ve had many different type nozzles over the decades and this is the best one yet.

Frozen on off levers on the 26 700.

I bought 2 max 8 26700s less than a year ago. Both of the on- off lovers froze and I was unable to move them. Filed a warranty claim and they sent me the 26813s by mistake snubnose nozzles. Then they corrected that and sent me the 26812 eight pattern nozzles which is what I was supposed to get. The on-off levers on all of them are difficult to move with your thumb only. I was told it would be easier to operate. At least it does operate but my suggestion to you is to make those levers easier to open and close then they are now.

Hard to open or close thumb control

For the money, it is OK, but the thumb control is hard to operate even when brand new. After a while, it is almost impossible to work well. I have the same basic one, also made by Orbit, with the squeeze control with the fingers, and it works fine.

Practical, simple , good shape

Very well made product, looks and feels like a commercial grade item. Fits my hand comfortably, and has numerous water spray adjustments. I have replaced my other inferior hose nozzles with one Orbit nozzle, and I am very happy that I did.

It’s not as good as its predecessor.
Straight line curves left and light spray just isn’t there
Could be a defective one but if not then it’s doable as a back up.

Better than others!

Solid hose end sprayer. Holds up well to daily wear and tear.

The pro series adjustable nozzle is sturdy, fits securely on our nose and is easy and comfortable to operate. However, the adjustable spray pattern from this nozzle is horrible. It is sort of hard to accurately explain how the spray pattern is so unsatisfactory. You can only get a mostly tight direct spray, and any wider spray lacks the flow and pressure and just isn’t very useful. Based on the spray pattern, I would not recommend this product. Most other spray guns have a consistent style variable spray.
