The shower function is not even close to being as good as the one I was replacing under warranty

The shower function is not even close to being as good as the one I was replacing under warranty. I could not replace my original with the same as your site did not even offer it.

Did a live chat today with Shaun of your company. The nozzle is crappy. It is not the same as my 8 pattern one That I had purchased and went bad. I was sent a cheaper style and it is not a nice one. I expressed my whole experience with this to him snd was told thankyou for sharing with him and have a nice day. I don’t think I will purchase another orbit product if this is how customers are treated

Thank you for the warranty replacements. The thumb trigger is still pretty stiff and in time will be too difficult to operate. What can we use to lubricate it.

The one I wanted to exchange was a 9-setting

The one I wanted to exchange was a 9-setting. I probably should have asked, but I was just happy to get a replacement under your warranty. As for this one it is in no way like the 9. Doesn’t not perform like I thought it would. in short it seems to reduce flow effecting the pressure. Would not buy or recommend. As for the 9, well that’s a different story, I would highly recommend it. The only problem it had it didn’t last over a year before it started praying all over the place. But it did work it was great.
