Easy Installation, Reliable Product, Reasonable Price.

I genuinely cannot find fault with the Orbit 100-Series valve. It's easy to install with standard 3/4" fpt, no proprietary connections. It's also reliable. All of mine are several years old and are still in service. There are rebuild parts available from Orbit and at the local big box home improvement stores, so they are readily serviceable. The price is also on point, considering how much you get for your money.

I'd love to see Orbit come out with a clone of the 100-Series in brass, but the standard 100-Series works perfectly fine.

These valves just don't seem to like our Az

These valves just don't seem to like our Az. heat. I've had to replace way too many well before the 3 year warranty period. Orbit made it right by sending replacements though.

It is at least pretty good

It is at least pretty good. I have not had it long enough to know for sure, but I really liked the manual way of turning the water supply on and off. I'm happy with it so far and it is a lot cheaper than the bronze control valves.
