Replacement solenoids open and close automatic irrigation valves via a 24V connection to your controller. When electricity flows, a stainless steel rod lifts off a bleed hole, allowing the valve diaphragm to open and water to flow. Built with a copper core, insulated lead wires, and waterproof resin casing to protect internal components. Interchangeability depends on the solenoid footprint — check the compatibility chart in images.
Solenoid failure is rare, but replacement is straightforward: turn off the mainline, remove waterproof wire nuts, unthread the old solenoid, thread in the new one, reconnect wires with new waterproof wire nuts, and turn the mainline back on.

They are the wrong size

They are the wrong size. The diameter of the threaded section is too big. How can that be, I used the manifold model number?

It didn't not fix my problem

It didn't not fix my problem. I didn't think that was the problem as I had switched it to another unit and that unit worked with the switch over but your tech support insisted that was the problem. I believed the new valve I had purchased was bad.
