Orbit Plastic Pipe Cutters feature a ratcheting and a sharp steel blade that cut pipe faster, cleaner, and with less effort. Made of corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty, aluminum and steel construction. Easily cuts through plastic pipe and rubber tubing up to 1" in diameter. Leaves no burrs. The rubber-coated handles help prevent your hands from slipping while cutting. You can ratchet the cutters closed and use the safety clip on the handle to keep the blade from accidentally opening.

its a junk. I csn not open the blade as instructed.
