Great product and customer service

I first bought this and with in a week it broke due to water damage so I reached out to customer service and they said it was covered under warranty and sent me a replacement absolutely free. I love the product and the customer service was great. Thanks again!

I would give it no stars if I could

I would give it no stars if I could. I could not get the water to flow thru. Customer service sent me another one. Same problem. #2 customer service had me take off the hose and use my thumb for suction and turn on water and got it working. But that was the only time. It never turned on again even using his trick. Called customer service again. Could get no help. Moved on. Bought a different brand. Can't understand why everyone else online has written these great reviews. Two of them same problem, never fixed them
