Product Description:

An innovative and beautiful addition to any garden, the Orbit Ornamental Spinning Sprinkler displays elegance while saving water. This sprinkler comes in one of three stylish designs: Turtle, Fish, or Abstract. The decorative water stream covers areas up to 30 feet in diameter, providing even coverage and deep ground penetration. Made from copper-coated stainless steel, this sprinkler is corrosion-resistant for years of use. The soft streams of water flow in different directions to create a decorative pattern that is sure to please the eye. The sprinkler is made to fit any standard yard hose and is secured into the ground with a four-point, solid-metal stake. Flow-through option for connecting other sprinklers or watering products at the same time. Looks great even when it’s off. The 34-in. tall sprinkler rises above growing plants and adorns your yard.

Frequently asked questions

Some questions and answers are automatically generated.

What does the spray coverage actually reach?

Most reviewers report good coverage for small to medium areas. One customer noted achieving only a 5-foot spray despite adjusting it fully, suggesting actual range varies—the product is best suited for smaller garden areas rather than large lawns.

How long do these sprinklers typically last?

Several customers report owning units for 2–3 years before they begin to malfunction, with one reviewer having replaced a unit after 3+ years of use. Most who report durability issues note the spinning mechanism slowing or stopping.

Will I get the design I want when I order?

The product description states individual designs are selected at random upon order fulfillment. A small number of customers report not receiving their chosen design (abstract, tropical fish, or turtle).

Is this made of real copper or painted metal?

This is painted metal, not solid copper. Some reviewers received units with chipped paint upon arrival, particularly when multiple units arrived in the same box.

Does it work better at different water pressures?

One reviewer noted that medium water pressure produces the best spray pattern—full pressure can disrupt the flow and visual effect.

Is it easy to install and reposition?

It comes pre-assembled and requires only pushing the spike into the ground and connecting a hose. One reviewer noted it's difficult to remove once installed, making it more of a permanent placement.

Can you connect multiple sprinklers together?

Yes, the product features a flow-through outlet allowing you to connect multiple sprinklers in series to expand your watering area.

Does it look decorative in the yard when not running?

Most reviewers emphasize its ornamental appeal, describing it as 'functional art' or garden decor that looks attractive alongside flower beds and gardens.

Cheaply made

Cheaply made. Stem was broken upon arrival. The company replaced it promptly but the second one had the same damage. The fact that the sprinkler was only wrapped in thin plastic and tape probably contributed to it being damaged in shipping, but the flimsy plastic components weren't going to hold up for long regardless. Customer service was very responsive and refunded my money.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the arrival of our Decorative Sprinkler and with the help that was received from our Customer Care team. We are always making room for improvement and will be passing this along to the proper teams for further review. I bought one of these last year and I love it. I had been loving it around, decided to order a second one. Very well made and waters very consistently.

Replaced the one I had for probably 3 years or more. I love the way it looks when it spins and my plants love the water. Looks good in my flower bed under a tree with fern growing.

Coverage 10 foot diameter, NOT 30'

We have this adjusted as far as it will go, attached directly to the spigot, nothing else attached and the most we can get out of it is a 5' spray. Our circle we wanted watered is 20' in diameter. The description of this sprinkler is "up to 30 feet." Not even close. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because it is cute and appears to be well-made and it's a good price- so if you have a small area you want watered, this is decorative.

Thanks for letting us know about your Decorative Sprinkler only getting a 5ft spray distance. Our Customer Care team is happy to further discuss your product concerns and help to resolve any issues that may be encountered. We can be reached by phone at (800)488-6156 or online at support.orbitonline.com for assistance. Have a great rest of your day.

Wrong Product

Hello

I ordered a Turtle and received a sphere with the Turtle tag on it and don't understand how it could have the right tag but wrong item. I was afraid to send back for fear it would get lost now stuck with an ugly sphere that was expensive and NOT what I ordered.

Thank you for letting us know about receiving wrong design for your Decorative Sprinkler. Though there are 3 designs for this sprinkler, the individual design is selected at random upon fulfillment as listed within the product description. Someone from our Customer Care team will be following up with you about further assistance on your order. Have a great rest of your day.

I love the coverage and the design

I love the coverage and the design. I appreciate your 1 yr warranty. That was very easy process. I’ve had 3 of these over the years. They last about 2-3 yrs before they start squirting everywhere.

Gift

My daughter loved the way the spinner looked. We live in Wisconsin and are under a winter warning for 4 to 8 inches of snow. Won't be able to see how it works till June 2026. Would love to give a better review, however spinner won't work in snow. Thank You, for your fast deliver before Christmas. Linda

Beautiful and functional

I ordered three. I have 2 in my front yard flower bed and one in my vegetable garden. Waters everything and looks beautiful doing it. They came already assemble. Just push it in the ground, hook it to a hose and ready to go. Im very happy with my purchase.

very

very pretty

Very nice and well made

Very nice, heavy duty feeling sprinkler. It worked very well to cover a garden. It is difficult to get it far into the ground, so it’s more of a “leave it once you’ve installed it” kind of sprinkler.

It looks great

CuteSprinkler

Cute sprinkler compared to most. Enjoy watching it spin around. The birds enjoy it too.

I purchased two decorative spinning sprinklers and attempted to attach them with the pass through

I purchased two decorative spinning sprinklers and attempted to attach them with the pass through. One of the sprinklers is perfect! The other is slow to spin. I have disassembled, lubricated, but, while a bit better, is still slow to spin. I would love to solve this, as I do love the sprinklers! Guidance welcome.

So far so good!

Husband and I liked so much we purchased another one.
