Wi-Ffi Hub vs Bluetooth

I live in a post WWII house with steel mesh behind concrete/plaster walls instead of normal wood lathing. I was using Bluetooth for my hose connections and it always lost signal. Then I got a Wi-Fi hub and it made a massive difference. No lost signal at all.
