connectivity problems persist

Connectivity problems persist between controller app and hub and timer / hours spent trying fix after fix. resetting from the beginning not helping. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Been on chat with assistance. The whole point of the timer is to be able to be away from it and have it run so this is essentially useless for its intended purpose. But the help people were apologetic so can’t give no stars

This is a replacement

This is a replacement for one that aged out. It's the 2nd one I've replaced since we moved to this property 7 years ago. The software app works well and is mostly intuitive, while I did originally purchase two hubs to cover my needs for connectivity, the b-hyves have worked well. I removed one star for product longevity.
