These nozzles keep breaking at the bottom of the handle where the hose connects to it! Cheaply made!
I have a 6-year warranty, although you guys only replace it once and call it done, even though they keep breaking! This issue really needs to be addressed and fixed! I do appreciate the second replacement, but after that, there’s no longer a warranty, even though you claim there’s a five-year warranty! Please explain!
We appreciate you taking the time to share your review and experience with our Nozzle Sprayers breaking at the bottom. We are always looking for ways to improve and will be passing along your feedback to the proper teams to be further looked into. We're glad to know how our Customer Care team was able to help with your warranty replacement, and ask that you reach back out to us to further discuss any product questions and concerns that you still have. Have a great rest of your day.
