Returns & warranty

Products purchased through Orbitonline.com are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of the original order placement. We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Accepted returned products must be new and unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to verify the condition of all returned products before determining refund or exchange eligibility. Orders above $500.00 may be subject to return freight charges and a restocking fee.

Made a mistake or need to redesign part of your system? Blu-Lock fittings aren't a one-shot commitment.

  • 1/2" fittings have a built-in release collar — just press down on the collar and pull the pipe free.
  • 3/4" and 1" fittings use a separate release tool to disconnect — insert the tool, press to release the internal teeth, and pull the pipe free.

Either way, there's no cutting and no wasted parts. Disconnect cleanly, reposition sprinkler heads as your landscaping needs change, and reuse fittings elsewhere in your system as your layout evolves.

Blu-Lock fittings work with 100 PSI SIDR 15 and 80 PSI utility HDPE pipe in valve-to-sprinkler connections. Tech made easy: These fittings are specifically designed for lateral line connections—from valves to heads or drip manifolds.
