Just received the hose so not sure if it will hold up to a winter and summer cycle

Just received the hose so not sure if it will hold up to a winter and summer cycle. I received this hose replacing another cloth hose which sprung many holes. Orbitz has been good on warranty but just want a product that lasts

Durable and backed by solid warranty

great product, hose is sturdy, and does not kink, as descbribed

Disappointing

Disappointing. This hose was sent to me at no cost as a warranty replacement. However, the replacememt hose was lighter and appears less durable than my original. Also, this hose comes with only a 10 year warranty while my original had a lifetime warranty.

We appreciate your feedback about one of our Watering Hoses for your warranty replacement in comparison to your original one. We do stand behind our products and ask that you reach back out to us for any concerns that you may have, or if further help may be needed in the future. We can be reached by phone at (800)488-6156 or online at support.orbitonline.com. Have a great rest of your day.

Good

100ft hose

Not Kinky

Rolls out smoothly and resists kinking. Water flows 100 feet and is then deposited on pants that cry for joy.

That’s not the same hose that I had purchased

That’s not the same hose that I had purchased. It was kind of like a thick material on the outside not plastic. This is too rigid to use unless you wanna send me a wind up storage for my hose.

Thank you for sharing with us your review about your Garden Hose being too rigid to use. Someone from our Customer Care team will be following up with you about your order. Have a great rest of your day.
