I had Orbit drilled 1/4 inch soaker hose that worked good. This time I got this for my new Strawberry patch. It does not work well at all. It poor water in the first foot of the run, no water in the middle, and a tiny bit at the end. And my runs are only 12 feet long. I tried everything I could to get it to evenly water, but non made a difference. I am contacting to see if I can return.
We appreciate you letting us know about your Soaker Tubing not running water through evenly. Someone from our Customer Care team will be reaching out you with assistance on your order. Have a great rest of your day.

The Orbit system was installed on the house we just purchased, but we had no information. The online instructions were very easy to understand and set up was quick. Then we saw most of the attachments were in desperate need of replacement. The hose is our first step. After 2 uses, on timer, the dark brown & dying aloe are now bright & green.
C
Good just wish they swiveled/spun for easier hose attaching

Works great for my raised beds. Each dripper works equally ensuring that all of my plants are watered. Much better than the normal drip line which has some barely working and some dripping a ton.
K
Exactly what I needed
B
used for years and still the best!!!

worked as expected.

although this was advertised to be run in no more than 15' sections, I tried 12' sections and in most cases it didn't flow near the end. I ended up having to cut these in half to make 6' sections and it worked.
Thanks for leaving your review about needing to cut our Drip Tubing in half to make it work. Our Customer Care team is happy to help with any product questions and concerns that you may have or with further assistance that may be needed in the future. Best tube fittings, bar none! They are very hard to find and most stores no longer carry.
L
Your 1/4 inch fittings don’t work; the pressure clamps are difficult to put on the tubing and easily come off if the line is moved very much.
I’m going to change over to the RainDrip I’ve used before. Your hub system is clever but only if the drip lines stayed connected.
Thank you for sharing your review and experience with our Drip Fittings not working. Worked as advertised

Only time will tell. I’m comparing this drip emitter against the 1/4 soaker tubbing I usually use. So far, this installs just as easy. Time will tell how they last and if they clog.

I though this would be pliable like neoprene

I called the [****] customer service number on 4/26/26 because of leaking equipment. Kiendra was very helpful (5 stars for her), while Tyrone hung up on me - (thanks Tyrone, so 1 star for him because he was indifferent to my issues and was also hard to understand, and never tried to call me back). My customer# is C07777000. On 4/27/26, I ordered 10 inline drippers (they work fine), and a single 1/4" drip adaptor which had no instructions and also leaks. So after being a loyal and happy customer for several years (the original 21005 HT-25 I purchased is no longer supported), I am not impressed. Would you be? Will your company will even make the effort to reach out? If you make no effort, I'm thinking about giving you negative reviews on social media. Tyrone does not belong in a customer facing position. You need to treat your old customers better!
We appreciate you taking the time to share your support experience with your leaking Drip Adapter and to let us know how instructions were needed. We will be taking a further look into your conversations to see how we can improve for the future, and someone from our Customer Care team will be reaching out to you with assistance. Have a great rest of your day.

I was hoping that it was the soft tubing instead it’s not hard rubber, which was disappointing

I ordered this in the morning because I opened a gift drip hose system & saw it said the 1/2” hose was seperate. After lunch I discovered I had the 1/2” hose stuck in a different location, so I called to see if I could cancel the order. I was told I could only cancel within 3 hours of placing the order. Guess I should have ordered through Amazon!
Thank you for letting us know about your order. Someone from our Customer Care team will be following up with you to further assist. Have a great rest of your day.

I love these Drip-Lock fittings! I don't know why they are so hard to find. Our local Home Depot stopped stocking it.

FAIL. There was no perceptible pressure reduction from this unit. When I hooked it up and turned on my hosem my drip irrigation lines blew apart at multiple points.
