You sent me the wrong timer.
The replacement timer should of been a 24606.

My husband set up a water system and we use 16 orbits Faucet timer’s for the system. They work well. The only thing is after a couple of years they tend to quit working. Even though we take them down and store them inside a building for winter. But I just replace the ones that fail and I don’t have to pull water hoses around the yard
J
I received a new timer as a warranty replacement. Customer service was great. My old timer was about 5 years old.

LOVE your customer service!
B
Very easy to see how to program the timer. But removing the batteries from the timer is very hard to do. Can’t pull the compartment out with my hand. I have to use a pair of pliers and then it tears up the plastic.
Thanks for sharing your review on programming one of our Hose Timers and the difficulty with changing the batteries for it. Our Customer Care team is happy to discuss any of your product concerns and to further help with any issues that may be experienced. We can be reached by phone at (800)488-6156 or online at support.orbitonline.com. Have a great rest of your day.

We can be reached by phone at (800)488-6156 or online at support.orbitonline.com. Have a great rest of your day.

I started using it as soon as I received it, and it now waters my lawn right on schedule every day. I hope the quality is good; the first timer I bought from you lasted three years before breaking, so I’m hoping this one will last three years too.
B
Works great Hets the job done.

The timer works well. I only wish it showed the next cycle on the display more than a day before the cycle comes on.
