So far so good. I got a replacement as the previous one suddenly got a hole. It only lasted a little over a year - a little longer than the one before that, which was a different hose but essentially the same type. We'll see how this one holds up. Shipping was easy and quicker than projected. I understand the warranty, but since this is an inanimate object (not a plant), it would seem like a warranty on each product should be available, even though it is a replacement one. If it keeps breaking, you'd think that'd be because of product defects. We don't have kids or anything that would make it suddenly break. Unsure if we'll continue if this one breaks in a year, but I'll wait to see if anything happens.
