The first sprinkler I bought the housing cracked within a month. You were gracious enough to send me a new one, but this one leaks terrible around the whole center. I won’t risk purchasing another one.

This sprinkler works great! I like the different spraying options and is easy to setup. Been using these for years and Orbit stands behind their warranty. If you are looking for an easy low cost solution to watering your yard, this is the way to go!

My original purchase started out fine. Within two years it started leaking profusely the bottom where it meets the spike. I spoke with a rep, he sent me another. Unfortunately that one started out leaking. I called again and got some woman who offered to replace the head without the spike. I told her I really don’t want another leaking sprinkler. She became so obstinate I asked for a manager. She offered a credit to allow me to pick out a different device. We’ll see how that works out.

Love how it works altogether; very quite yet sprays out a big spray far enough to cover lots of yard. Love this sprinkler!

I bought two sprinklers. They were very easy to set up. However, they leaked terribly! Customer service was excellent and they replaced them without question and without charge! But sadly, those two leaked as well. I had so hoped they would be the sprinkler for me, but the search keeps going.

These are great for my “poor mans” irrigation system. I did have some problem getting one to properly rotate, but customer service was fantastic and provided a replacement even though I originally purchased them thru Amazon.

I’m sure your sprinkler is fine, but I wouldn’t know. Your order system/process is extremely antiquated. I had an old address on file when the order was placed, and I only realized the error later that same day. While the product hadn’t been shipped, I was told since I didn’t request the change within a 3 hour time window, there was nothing that could be done. Couldn’t just adjust the address in your system, so I was told to call the carrier to see if they could change it, but since the product hadn’t left your facility yet, they couldn’t do anything. When they finally picked it up, I was told the shipper had to call and change the address, but when I requested you to do so, you said you can’t/wont.

Has good coverage but constantly sticks when oscillating. Have to go outside and get it going again

The first one failed to rotate after about a week but I've experienced that before working in irrigation. This was replaced by the company with no problem. I bought this to irrigate a specific area and it does a stellar job.

I contacted Orbit due to an issue with one of their yard sprinklers and simply filled out an information sheet regarding the problem, attached a picture and was almost instantly given a $20 credit to replace the unit. Within two weeks I received the replacement sprinkler and could not be more satisfied with a company that actually stands behind their products! Thank you Orbit!
