It’s ridiculous that you have to buy an entire lock assembly to get spare keys for your controller. Just make it easy for people and don’t gouge those that only need keys

Told multiple times over a month that it was shipped but lied

I placed the order on June 18th and it took a month to arrive, 3 weeks later than promised and required me to contact them multiple times yet they refused to tell me who the shipping company was or the tracking number.
