Preguntas frecuentes

Some questions and answers are automatically generated.

What spray diameter does each head cover?

The product is rated for up to 24-ft. diameter per sprinkler head, though actual coverage varies by water pressure. Several customers report achieving 10–12 ft. diameter, depending on their home's water pressure.

Can I connect multiple kits together?

While one kit works well on its own, connecting two full sets (6 heads) can reduce water pressure significantly and shrink the spray diameter. One reviewer found this unsuccessful but notes that the system is designed to be expandable based on yard shape.

Will this work for odd-shaped or hard-to-water areas?

Yes. The flow-through cross design lets you connect hoses from three outlets, and the adjustable spray heads can target specific areas. This flexibility makes it suited for non-rectangular yards.

Is the system durable and rust-resistant?

The kit is made from durable plastic construction that resists rust and corrosion, designed to last season after season.

How easy is it to set up and move?

Reviewers describe the system as straightforward to use and appreciate its portability. No underground digging is required, and you can rearrange it as needed for different lawn areas.

Can I replace individual sprinkler heads?

Yes, you can attach any underground pop-up heads to the bases. However, several reviewers have noted that replacement heads are not sold separately by this product.

A broken part

I just spoke with someone from the support team however he was Extremely rude and not helpful. So I have a portion of the system that is not working. And I called customer service/ support to get help but I did not receive it. Please review the call. He seemed very comfortable with speaking in an unprofessional manner.

Thank you for letting us know about a part of your system that's not working and about getting help for this. We will be taking a look into your conversations to see how we can improve for the future, and someone from our Customer Care team will be reaching out to you with further assistance. Have a great rest of your day.

Amazing

Love it!

Good system

Good system. I tried to connect 2 sets (6 heads) but it didn’t work since the water pressure dropped and diameter of spray significantly decreased. One set works well.

Works

Works great

Grow some grass now

Work as expected….. May need another one or two….

The next best thing to underground sprinklers! I’ve got two sets and waiting for them to stick more so that I can get a third. It would be nice if the sprinkler heads were sold separately though.

Works well and well constructed. I had hoped for a larger diameter spray pattern as the best I’m getting is 10-12’ diameter from each head. Other than that though, they work well and water quickly.
