Warranty replacement of a ratcheting Stanley lopper

I wrote you last week an no one answered.

I filled a claim on a Stanley ratcheting lopper that broke, it was made in this country. You sent me one that was made in China . Your people were very nice.

However the several time I have filled a warranty claim on a tool that had broken the manufacturer replaced the broken one which was of equal or better quality. You all failed.

This was my only option to replace a Stanley MAXX lopper that broke under warranty

This was my only option to replace a Stanley MAXX lopper that broke under warranty. The new one I received is not near as heavy as the old one. Frustrating.

Great loppers

They are not a rachet lopper so I believe these will last long. Comfortable grip. Titanium shears.

Nice loppers

The loppers seem to be made well. Was able to clip a branch with ease. They were sharp and cut good. Like the red color you can see them in the grass

Awesome customer service
