Warranty replacement of a ratcheting Stanley lopper

I wrote you last week an no one answered.

I filled a claim on a Stanley ratcheting lopper that broke, it was made in this country. You sent me one that was made in China . Your people were very nice.

However the several time I have filled a warranty claim on a tool that had broken the manufacturer replaced the broken one which was of equal or better quality. You all failed.

They are not a rachet lopper so I believe these will last long. Comfortable grip. Titanium shears.
