Orbit's B-hyve XR is a great product. The XR is simple to operate with easy naturally intuitive controls...perhaps the easiest to use of all my electronic gizmos. And it comes great customer support and warranty. When I was having a rare problem with my original XR controller, a quick-responding Orbit customer service person patiently walked me through all possible solutions and, after exhausting all possible fixes, landed on the ultimate fix: voluntarily furnishing me a new XR at no cost. The new one works perfectly.

I have an orbit, B-hyve 16 valve controller. Works perfectly.

My B-hyve would no connect with new internet service. The help line stayed on with me for almost 3 hours trying to get it to work but finally offered me a replacement even though my warranty period was questionable. That was exceptional service in my book.

Works great. Great support from Orbit when it had a problem, they replaced it.

Its still won't connect to wifi after receiving the replacement unit.

Please do try restarting your router and resetting your timer for pairing mode by pressing the 'b' 5 times rapidly. Once done, open the B-hyve app and navigate to My B-hyve>Devices>Tap onto the + sign to add a new timer. I ought an B-Hyve which I did not install, while sitting on my desk I turned it on, to see how it works and was Unable to connect to my WiFi, for remote acess. Tech help said it was defective and sent me a new unit. It also would not connect to my WIFI. you want to make this right Give me a refund. I ll Send both back at your cost.

I love this unit. Best I’ve own. Highly recommend this system.

An improvement over the previous RainBird controller but could use some additional enhancements. The app is not the most intuitive and you have to dig through different areas to find what you are looking for. There is no master menu to common actions such as manual watering a zone or to run a program. The functionality is there, you just have to dig for it. My irrigation service company won't like the lack of an on-controller ability to run/test zones.

I really love the new controller, easy to set up to Wi-Fi and program.
