A very disappointed loyal for years customer.

I purchase this sprinkler to replace two other Orbits, and one previous to the last two, on the hope that Orbit improved the sprinkler base. Upon receipt of the sprinkler, I was disappointed that Orbit had not corrected the problem.

Bad products! Don

The part that you connect the hose came off!!! This was suppose to be a new product! They gave me a coupon but I still had to pay over 2.00 for it and does not cover mucg sg. ft.
This is the 4th product that I have had from this company and all of them have bben bad!!! Orbit make horrible product that don't work!!!!

Wheel Base cracked within 1 week and started leaking

Warranty replacement because the base cracked. I do really like the features.

I thought it was great the first time I used it but it comes apart with water pressure. The black part in the included picture pops off with pressure of the water and is difficult to get back on then it leaks and no way to seal it. Not good quality. The sprinkler part does a good job when it stays together.
