Replacing the sprinkler head (from 2021) was simple. I appreciate the simplicity and that it still fell under warranty. Just wish it wasn’t necessary but will expect it in a few years. Overall I’m very happy with it.

This is a replacement head for a previous one that developed a leak. I appreciated the prompt replacement from Orbit. They stand behind their product.

I really like these sprinklers and their adjustability. Also, Orbit's warranty makes it nice.

Most of them work fine initially. But some have problems with not rotating.

These new ones break so fast, I have been through a hand full of them and even some warranty replacements. The gears that turn them last about a month or so before they stop turning. For reference they run twice a day for 20 minutes at a time. I have a few of the older models that are still going strong after 3 years. For the price of these it’s just not worth the gamble.

Great product. Easy to set up and quite.

They're very adjustable and get good coverage. Quiet and effective. Don't try to adjust these when they're on. With my particular secondary water system, they have some tendency to be sticky and not rotate properly after a few years use. I use and regularly clean several filters on the system. Hard water? Not sure.

Have 6 of them at my house. Great sprinkler head. Only thing is after about a year or so they start not to rotate as quickly. I had a lot of hard water build up on some.

Just ordered 3 replacements and they are still not rotating. I love the company but I might have to look elsewhere or another model

I like that this gear drive sprinkler is quiet while watering--none of the noise that impact sprinklers make. This sprinkler head has 6 different water distribution settings. You just twist the collar to the desired setting. I absolutely love it!

The heads were a replacements for the ones I purchased this spring and were not working properly because of a mineral deposit in the head. Instructions say that the mineral deposit can cause them not to spray properly but no instructions were given in print or when asked on the phone as to how to remove the mineral deposit. So far the replacements are working fine.

Never received. FedEx lost it by delivering to wrong house. You all sent new one but not received yet
