In a world of plastic parts, it's great to see a company still making all brass sprinkler valves. This is well made and will stand up to many years of work.

I’ve used Orbit Converter Sprinkler Valves when I converted my manual sprinkler valves over 25 years ago and continue to use them when they wear out. The valves are reliable and easy to install. They are easy to maintain and trouble free! I recently had a problem with a replacement valve, but Orbit’s easy to use warranty system quickly sent me a replacement and I was back operational within a few days!

I was expecting 2- 1" all brass Automatic Converter Sprinkler Valves with Flow Controls but sent 2 plastic versions. Had issues with leaking right from the start.

Your picture of the product does not match what you shipped. Your picture shows a brass actuator valve you shipped a plastic one.

I have found this product to be reliable and easy to use.

It’s a great product my sprinklers come on, and they shut off with this Orbit valve. And I like that orbit backs up their six year warranty on this valve.
M
Excellent product. Great customer service.

Great quality valve last a long time

Thanks for replacing the one I installed last year. Turned on system and one of them was leaking at the top, the stem. Always shut down the system every year. Some reason it froze and cracked the unit. Again thanks for replacing it.

Can this valve be used as a master valve? If not, what would you recommend (3/4inch system)
This converter valve is used to make a manual valve into an automatic one, so this part alone would not be able to be used as a master valve. We have inline valves that would work as a master valve (Part numbers 57280 or 57290).
